Yes. We need access to an outdoor water tap and an electrical outlet. We bring our own hoses, extension cords, tools and detailing products.

Most appointments take around two to four hours. Larger vehicles or vehicles with heavy salt, stains, pet hair or buildup may take longer.

Pricing depends on the vehicle size, package and condition. You can choose your vehicle size and see the estimated price before booking. Heavy pet hair, staining, salt buildup or other special conditions may affect the final price.

Yes. Salt stain removal is one of our most requested interior detailing services. We treat, agitate and extract the affected carpets and mats. Severe buildup may need more than one treatment, and permanent carpet damage cannot always be fully reversed.

We can remove or greatly improve most common stains, pet hair and interior odours. Results depend on the material, how long the problem has been there and how deeply it has reached the carpet, seats or ventilation system.

Not every stain can be guaranteed to disappear completely. Some spills permanently change the material or colour. We will always be honest about what can realistically be improved.

We detail coupes, sedans, small SUVs, large SUVs, pickup trucks and minivans. Commercial or unusually large vehicles may need a custom quote.

Yes. We offer paint enhancement, paint correction and ceramic coating for customers who want to improve gloss, reduce visible swirls and add longer-lasting paint protection.

Because we work outside, heavy rain, extreme cold or unsafe weather may require the appointment to be moved. We will contact you as early as possible and help choose the next available time.

E-transfer and cash are preferred. Credit and debit payment may also be available. You can confirm the payment options when booking.

We do a final walk-around with you whenever possible. If an area needs more attention, let us know before we leave so we can look at it and make it right.
